Part of The Big Green Help: this Spongebob tale used advanced vocabulary and complex topics to introduce younger generations to the need to help protect our planet from pollution and wastefulness。 While the heart of the story was in the right place, the way the author wrote this picture book was uninteresting to my little ones。

A SpongeBob book about the environment is refreshing。Good lessons in how we are polluting our planet first and then cleaning up。

In this Sponge Bob it wasn't really hyper like the show or some of the books。 So it was nice to read outloud to my special needs teen age son。 The author did a great job at teaching SpongBob (along with children reading-listening) about what happens in the air and about the environment。 Without being "over the top" like some environmentalists are。 In this Sponge Bob it wasn't really hyper like the show or some of the books。 So it was nice to read outloud to my special needs teen age son。 The author did a great job at teaching SpongBob (along with children reading-listening) about what happens in the air and about the environment。 Without being "over the top" like some environmentalists are。 。。。more

I am not crazy about Spongebob, but my grandson is, so we checked it out from the library。This book, like the show, is too advanced for young children to comprehend。 (I think that the television show has adult humor, and) the book was geared more to the adult mind。 I know that my grandson was a little lost, but I didn't object because we got some snuggle time!I would not recommend this book。 I am not crazy about Spongebob, but my grandson is, so we checked it out from the library。This book, like the show, is too advanced for young children to comprehend。 (I think that the television show has adult humor, and) the book was geared more to the adult mind。 I know that my grandson was a little lost, but I didn't object because we got some snuggle time!I would not recommend this book。 。。。more
